I think it's better to just concentrate on a network of people with you can share values/thoughts or even just sympathy rather than try and spread to everyone as you say, it's just a waste of energy, it's like try to excel in every possible study field
The familiarity is a good example, I have built a "network" with local shops, they know me, make discounts or accept a later payment and stuff like that, all this came over much time when you built the relationship but you can't get familiar with every store in the city
I also have a network local business people that can I patronize and they're likely to give me stuffs at discounted prices. It didn't just take a few days, it took a few years before it happened like this. I do business with them, and it saves me extra expenses, and I don't have to deal with newer business owners who are just going to rip me off because they don't know me. However on the other hand, doing business with more familiar faces that I've known over the years, saves me from issues like this.
It's the same on Hive as well and that's just the truth for everywhere else
