
Regarding a project for my academic social media project, this was the message I created as a heads up for my members as leader of my team. It reads as follow.
Good afternoon everyone. So I’ll brief everyone on the group project we’ve been designated and what task we’ve been assigned to do. On behalf of the policy and strategic studies department we are to create content and conduct market research that focuses on optimal audience engagement, following and support of the department. Our group project is 50 marks and the parameters in grading are as follows:
Relevance and timelines of content
Level of engagement
Quality of production
Increase in page following

I’d encourage everyone to participate and cooperate with perseverance, cooperation and effort as much as I plan towards doing. If any unfortunate circumstances, misunderstandings or concerns occur I also plead with you to address it with maturity, patience and respect. If I happen to deviate from my role as a leader or make any errors don’t hesitate to highlight it and let me know so I can correct it immediately. Let’s all hold ourselves accountable.
Hopefully by the end of this week I’ll gather the documentations of our project and I’ll start planning and illustrating the specifics to each individual within our group and assign tasks. I also encourage everyone to be on the lookout out for where the policy and Strategic studies department is stationed, its whereabouts, information and its members including the representative for its social media and content team and notify us on this telegram group, as I’ll also be making an effort to search for all of these.
Apparently I’ve heard this particular department has some sought of unprecedented unfamiliarity within the university so I’m guessing it’s not among the more well known departments. If you have any current concerns please ask. Thank you for your time.
