The last quarter of the year is here and you might feel underachieved. Your feelings are valid but count the little blessings. Shelter, your stable health, the air you breathe, family, the chance to try again and see how God will change things for good. Though for some, the feeling will be accomplishment and pride that you have ticked all your boxes. Whatever the feelings are, they are very valid.
One thing I want us to know is that gratitude is a must no matter how small you receive just keep putting in the work and things will get softer.
The last quarter of the year is surely not the end, it is a fresh start. It is a time to try again, think things over, and change direction. This is where faith matters. Believing God can make things better is not just hoping , it is you choosing to trust in something bigger. It is about seeing what is possible, even when things look uncertain.
This is where you need to think about what you have learned this year. Think about the hard times you have faced and how you got through them. What can you do better? Be real with yourself, but do not be too hard on yourself please. Know what you are good at and where you can improve. Knowing yourself is key to getting better.
Celebrate every little win, because it shows how hard you have worked and how strong you are.
This is a good time to take care of yourself. Look after your body, mind, and feelings. Do things that make you happy and help you, spend time with your loved ones and do your hobbies. Try to be mindful and meditate to feel less stressed and find peace inside.
As you navigate the final months of the year, know that things might not always go as planned but I pray it will. If it doesn’t, do not think of these moments as failures, but chances to learn and grow. It is very okay to change your plans or ask for help. Be around people who make you feel good and support you.
Focus on the present moment. Do not rush yourself, take it one step at a time no pressure!
In conclusion, the end of the year is a time to think, be thankful, and start fresh. Feel your feelings, be grateful for what you have, and get ready to try again. Believe in yourself to beat challenges, set new goals, and make a hopeful future. Trust that God can make things better, and go into this last part of the year with a good heart and a strong will. Everything will align and will definitely get better.
