RE: Saving is like a marathon...

Liberation day huh? It's ANZAC Day in Australia on the 25th April, in my opinion, the most important national holiday on the calendar. Less of a celebration and more of a commemoration.

Anyway, a good plan to have that ice cream brioche, you'll remember it fondly after your trip to the nutritionist.

Sort:

In Italy, the liberation of the country from the fascist government is celebrated on April 25th; in reality it does not coincide with the exact date of the end of the Second World War.

Yes, the dietician will really put me on the fritz on Friday; we have already prepared a plan; according to him I can lose 16 kilos until the birth of Junior, so that I am already fit enough for her/him; then go down to 78/80 kg.
In total for me it would mean losing about 20 kilos.

I'll make it!💪

16kg is a decent gain, (in health) and a good loss (of weight). I have a feeling you'll feel like a new man with more energy, stamina and zest for life.

Yes, I'm sure of that too and then I have to get back in shape to be a sprint dad heh heh!😉

Sprint dad. Lol.
