So far my expereince with Acko Car Insurance has been good and this time I opted them for their another service which they have recently started and is known as Acko Drive a complete solution for Car Serivce. The services which are provided and is not limited to the ones listed out.
Periodic service - car pickup and drop is provided. One simply needs to reserve preferred slot as per their convenience and Acko crew will pickup your car from your location and will also drop the car once the car service is completed. Car Spa and Cleaning - Service includes - Foam wash, Tyre polishing, Interior Vacuuming, Dashboard Polishing and much more. And the best part is that for ACKO PRIVILEGE Customers : Car Spa (worth ₹1599) for ₹10. This is like a one time offer and not bad right all your car cleaning is done for just Rs. 10.
Specific repairs and replacements - they also entertain any other repair work from - AC repair, Wheel alignment, Denting & Painting, Plus 30 to 50 other services all offered at convenient and affordable rates.
Booking Convenience - How easy it IS...
When it comes to booking, everything is handled seamlessly through the Acko app or their official website - Acko Drive. Being an existing Acko Car Insurance customer, I conveniently booked my car service through their app. All I had to do was click on the Car Service link in the app — the Acko Privilege Customer discount was applied automatically. Then, I simply reserved a slot, and that was it. My car service was scheduled conveniently from home, and at a very competitive rate. A car service engineer is assigned, and he coordinates directly with you regarding the pickup, service updates, and delivery. Some words on the service engineer. I think he was knowledgeable and confident in his suggestions. I could tell he understood my car’s issues well, as his recommendations for replacements matched the problems I had already noticed. So no cheating noticed here as well so that is another plus point. Now coming to the final part which is the final repair cost and bill payment. Here is the summary for my car repair cost and clicking the detailed breakup shows the complete cost breakdown.
Also, it’s worth noting that the service engineer provides an estimate of the parts that need replacement along with their material costs. Hence, the final repair cost remains accurate and transparent. There are multiple payment options available, including UPI [Unified Payments Interface], Gpay, debit/credit cards, and net banking etc. Overall, this was a great experience with Acko Drive, and I believe they’re going to be my go-to platform for all future car services related work. Simple, transparent, econimically and what else one would have requested for. And yes, they are genuine as they deliver exactly what they promise, with transparent pricing and reliable service.
