Do you blend the meat that can be added to it, or just stuff the meat into it? I mean, for the places that actually uses meat?

the meat must first be cooked with a little onion, salt and pepper, and then the panzerotto must be stuffed 🤩
Ohh I understand I guess that cooking process makes the meat tender.
