A few words about the new Splinterlands upvote rules. Favoring users who have decided to invest at least the rewards of their posts in HIVE Power is a very fair decision.
Has there been any official post made about this? I think it's important that those who have skin in the games are the ones mostly rewarded the more and perhaps when this is put in place it will encourage some splinterlands account to power up.
