Celebrities will always have some sort of deals that helps them to continue paying less. In Nigeria most of them are in liason with the government and they're in neck deep into corrupt practices. Unfortunately the messes adores and worships them and most people are blinded. This is actually the problem of Nigeria: the inability to recognize destructive people/celebrities.
The hike in price is over 200% unfortunately the new government is making sure they impoverish and put people in poverty.
