HOLOZING: I'm Ready for the First Claimdrop of ZING tokens + My First Considerations After Reading Litepaper
The list of Hive Games I play continues to grow because Hive is my favorite blockchain project and because blockchain-based games are one of my passions.
I enjoy trying and playing all types of games but I have a preference for Player Vs Player games which are the games that I think have potential in development and fun that games of other types do not have.
In the blockchain game landscape there are many mining/idle/incremental idle games but there are few Player vs Player games because developing a Player vs Player game with fun gameplay at its core is unquestionably much harder than developing a mining game or an idle game.
Two days ago the @holozing account published a post introducing its project: Announcing: Holozing - a roleplaying adventure game
Holozing is the project of a Player Vs Player and Player vs Environment game that takes inspiration from the famous Pokemon and World of Warcraft games but will have unique elements that will differentiate it from other similar games.

The Roadmap V1 of this project has the following development timelines:
- Closed Alpha - Q4 2023
- Open Alpha - Q1 2024
- Open Beta - Q2 2024

I have read the Litepaper and the project looks very interesting to me and I like to see that the development team is composed of Hivers who are engaged and active on Hive and this is something I consider very important and always evaluate before investing in a game project built on Hive.
There will be time to more thoroughly evaluate all the points in the Holozing Litepaper but in this post I want to show and highlight one point in the Litepaper that I really liked: Multi-account and botting policy
Those who read my posts on Splinterlands know well what my opinion is on tolerating the use of bots in any web 2.0 or web 3.0 game.
In two of my previous posts I challenged my readers to come up with a valid argument showing the positive effects of using bots in a web 3.0 game but received no valid response...obviously.
The pillars of any game are the real players and bots kill the long-term prospects of any web 2.0 or web 3.0 game!

That's why I'm really happy that the Holozing project has clear ideas about bots and multiaccounting, and that is absolutely a great point in favor of this project in my opinion.
Launching the ZING token and the beginning of ClaimDrop.
Although it will take some time for the release of the playable version of Holozing, 11 hours ago the date of the start of ZING token distribution was announced, which will take place via a claimdrop.
The launch of the ZING token will take place today:
Saturday the 21st, 7 PM UTC
There will be 4 methods of distibution.
Those who have POSH tokens in their Hive Engine wallet and those who have delegated Hive Power to the @zingtoken account before the ZING token launch will be able to participate in the first claimdrop.
To participate in the first ZING token claimdrop you must:
- make the login with Hive Keychain at https://holozing.com/
- one hour after the token is launched you can go to https://holozing.com/rewards and click on CLAIM.
I have already logged in and will participate in the first Claimdrop.
I have 883.95 POSH in my Hive Engine Wallet.
Yesterday I delegated 2000 HP to the @zingtoken account.
To add utility to this post I calculated the approximate and estimated amount of ZING tokens that it is possible to receive for each HP delegated and calculated the amount of ZING tokens I should receive from the first Claimdrop via my 2000 HP delegation.
At the time I made the calculation the zingtoken account had 444301.9870 delegated HP.
If the delegated HP tokens do not change before 19:00 UTC whoever makes the first Claimdrop will receive 0.01876 ZING per hour and per delegated HP = 0.45014 ZING per day.
The estimated gain in ZING tokens for me delegating 2000 HP is:
- 37.51 ZING per hour
- 900.28 ZING per day.
The blockchain-based game landscape needs more Player Vs Player games with fun gameplay at the core that can attract more web 2.0 players into web 3.0.
Hive needs more Player vs Player games in addition to Splinterland!
Although Holozing is a game in development and therefore not playable I like the idea behind the project and will follow the Holozing project with much interest!

Chi legge i miei post su Splinterlands sa bene qual'è la mia opinione sul tollerare l'uso dei bots in qualsiasi gioco web 2.0 o web 3.0.
In due miei precedente post ho sfidato i miei lettori a trovare una valida argomentazione che mostrasse gli effetti positivi dell'utilizzo dei bots in un gioco web 3.0 ma non ho ricevuto nessuna valida risposta...ovviamente.

Per aggiungere utilità a questo post ho calcolato il quantitativo approssimativo e stimato di token ZING che è possibile ricevere per ogni HP delegato e ho calcolato il quantitativo di token ZING che dovrei ricevere dal primo Claimdrop tramite la mia delega di 2000 HP.
Nel momento in cui ho effettuato il calcolo l'account zingtoken aveva 444301.9870 HP delegati.
Se i token HP delegati non varieranno prima delle 19:00 UTC chi farà il primo Claimdrop riceverà 0.01876 ZING per ora e per ogni HP delegato = 0.45014 ZING al giorno.
Il guadagno stimato in token ZING per me che ho delegato 2000 HP è di:
- 37.51 ZING per ora
- 900.28 ZING al giorno.
Il panorama dei giochi basati su blockchain ha bisogno di più giochi Player Vs Player con un gameplay divertente alla base che possano attirare più giocatori web 2.0 nel web 3.0.
Hive ha bisogno di più giochi Player vs Player oltre a Splinterland!
Anche se Holozing è un gioco in fase di sviluppo e quindi non giocabile mi piace l'idea alla base del progetto e seguirò il progetto Holozing con molto interesse!

I know there's not much to the project yet but so far I'm loving what I'm seeing. Great clean and bold smooth gamer design, a great airdrop method that also starts to build some capital for the game itself and a great team behind it. Excited to see what comes of this one in 2024.
