Dr Blight is a great card but I fully agree with you and your considerations.
Like you I don't think it can be worth much even if in the early days it could have a value of $300-400 but I don't think it can exceed this amount.

The only difference is that I bought 6 packs with my vouchers, so I still have a small chance to find the promo card in my packs. 😃

It would be nice if with 6 packs of cards you could find Dr. blight. I hope so ;)
