Buongiorno a tutti!
Dopo una giornata a dir poco orrenda, che ha portato anche grandinate e neve, che hanno nuovamente abbattuto le temperature, facendo ritornare, di botto, l'inverno, proprio mentre si stava iniziando a pensare ad un inizio prematuro di estate, ieri, grazie a una nuova giornata di sole, sono riuscito ad approfittare di una piacevole passeggiata, durante la quale sono ritornato a buttare giù queste poche righe per un mio nuovo post, dedicato, in questo caso, all'evento che Splinterlands ha organizzato in occasione dell'Halving di Bitcoin.
In realtà questo momento non è certamente atteso solo dal gioco in questione, visto che credo sia uno dei momenti più attesi da tutti coloro che, direttamente, o indirettamente, siano interessati a tutto il mondo che ruota intorno alle criptovalute, visto che rappresenta, come nelle edizioni precedenti, un qualcosa che può andare ad influenzare un intero mondo.
Comprensibile, quindi, che Splinterlands abbia deciso di approfittare della situazione per lanciare un evento che ha già attirato l'attenzione di molti giocatori, visto che mette a disposizione la possibilità di entrare in possesso, per chì lo vorrà, di un paio di carte decisamente molto interessanti, che, salvo future vendite, all'interno del marketplace, da parte di qualcuno che se ne vorrà liberare, magari perché ne ha acquistato una serie di copie, in maniera importante, non si potranno più avere.
Oltre a tutto questo, che già di per sé fa decisamente gola a molti, che infatti hanno già proceduto al loro acquisto, in base a quanto si deciderà di investire, si riceveranno, in cambio, dei punti, sulla base di uno ogni Dec, o Credit spesi, moltiplicati per un moltiplicatore che cala quotidianamente col passare del tempo, che permetteranno agli acquirenti di partecipare all'estrazione di premi piuttosto succulenti, tra i quali i migliori in assoluto sono 500 Plot e 20 Runi, seguiti, comunque, da una notevole quantità di pacchetti di varie edizioni di carte uscite fino ad oggi.
Ammetto, quindi, che la tentazione di partecipare era venuta anche al sottoscritto, ma, un po' per le mie finanze, un po' perché attualmente impegnato in altre cose, che al momento mi attirano sicuramente molto di più, distraendo la mia attenzione da altre cose, incluso questo gioco, non credo, salvo ripensamenti, che parteciperò a questo evento, anche se con molto rammarico.
Se è vero, infatti, che le carte messe sul piatto risultano essere piuttosto interessanti, e che la possibilità di ricevere ulteriori premi sia oltremodo ghiotta, è altresì vero che ultimamente sto dedicando a Splinterlands solo lo stretto necessario per portare avanti le mie battaglie giornaliere, e non lasciare per strada dei Glint che poi vorrei utilizzare all'interno dello shop, e nulla di più, e mi sembrerebbe, quindi, di stare sprecando i miei DEC.
Per quanto riguarda i due nuovi combattenti che potremo aggiudicarci, attraverso il loro acquisto durante questo evento, come potete vedere dalle immagini qui sopra si tratta di Baron Fyatt, carta leggendaria utilizzabile negli schieramenti di ben due elementi, la morte ed il fuoco, che risulta essere decisamente molto forte fin dall'inizio, visto che parte con due abilità , Halving e Scattershot, alle quali aggiunge, se portato al livello 4, Ambush e Blind, sceso in campo assieme a Henchling Enforcer, carta rara utilizzabile con gli elementi acqua e vita, che seppure di livello inferiore rispetto alla precedente, risulta essere piuttosto interessante grazie alla sua abilità Halving, alla quel potrà aggiungere, via, via, che sarà maxata, True Strike e Camouflage.
Come potete vedere in entrambi i casi ci troviamo di fronte a carte decisamente interessanti, ed invidio, quindi, chi se le è aggiudicate senza tanti problemi, e grazie a questo parteciperà anche all'estrazione di premi piuttosto interessant, ma purtroppo, come già dicevo qualche riga più sopra, al momento non so ancora se riuscirò a partecipare, o meno, a questo evento, andando ad acquistarne qualche esemplare.
Fortunatamente ho ancora un po' di giorni di tempo per decidere, anche se però, in contemporane col passare del tempo si abbassa anche la percentuale di punti che otterrà, in cambio, in caso di acquisto, visto che, come visto quì sopra, gli stessi vanno a diminuire, e quindi l'ipotesi migliore sarebbe stata sicuramente quella di provvedere, in caso, fin dal giorno iniziale.
Per il momento, però, sono impegnato in tutt’altro, e tra le altre cose, parlando proprio ancora di questo gioco, ancora devo comprendere, ad esempio, se il nuovo meccanismo di ricompense, che è andato ad eliminare gli scrigni, per sostituirli con dei tokem di gioco, scambiabili all'interno dell'apposito shop, con una serie di premi che possiamo selezionare personalmente, in base alle nostre preferenze, possa essere stata una mossa vincente, o se, invece, rimpiangeremo le meccaniche precedenti.
Resta al fatto, comunque, che Splinterlands continua sempre a dimostrarsi particolarmente attivo, e sempre sul pezzo, come in occasione di questo evento, creato in occasione dell'halving di Bitcoin, che sicuramente è un momento tra i più attesi da tutti coloro che amano, e seguono, il mondo delle criptovalute.

After a horrendous day to say the least, which also brought hailstorms and snow, which brought down temperatures again, causing winter to suddenly return, just as we were starting to think about a premature start to summer, yesterday, thanks to a new sunny day, I managed to take advantage of a pleasant walk, during which I returned to writing down these few lines for a new post of mine, dedicated, in this case, to the event that Splinterlands organized on the occasion of the Bitcoin halving.
In reality this moment is certainly not awaited only by the game in question, given that I believe it is one of the most awaited moments by all those who, directly or indirectly, are interested in the whole world that revolves around cryptocurrencies, given that it represents, as in previous editions, something that can influence an entire world.
It is understandable, therefore, that Splinterlands has decided to take advantage of the situation to launch an event that has already attracted the attention of many players, given that it offers the possibility of gaining possession, for those who want it, of a couple of decidedly very interesting, which, barring future sales, within the marketplace, by someone who wants to get rid of it, perhaps because they have purchased a series of copies, in a significant way, will no longer be available.
In addition to all this, which in itself is already decidedly tempting for many, who in fact have already proceeded with their purchase, based on how much you decide to invest, you will receive, in exchange, points, on the basis of one every Dec, o Credits spent, multiplied by a multiplier that decreases daily as time passes, which will allow buyers to participate in the draw for rather succulent prizes, among which the best ever are 500 Plots and 20 Runes, followed, however, by a considerable quantity of packs of various editions of cards released to date.
I admit, therefore, that the temptation to participate had also come to me, but partly because of my finances, partly because I am currently busy with other things, which certainly attract me much more at the moment, distracting my attention from other things, including this game, I don't think, barring second thoughts, that I will participate in this event, albeit with great regret.
If it is true, in fact, that the cards put on the table turn out to be quite interesting, and that the possibility of receiving further prizes is extremely tempting, it is also true that lately I have been dedicating to Splinterlands only what is strictly necessary to carry on my daily battles, and don't leave Glints on the street that I would then like to use in the shop, and nothing more, and it would therefore seem like I was wasting my DECs.
As regards the two new fighters that we will be able to acquire, through their purchase during this event, as you can see from the images above, they are Baron Fyatt, a legendary card that can be used in the deployments of two elements, death and fire, which turns out to be very strong right from the start, given that it starts with two skills, Halving and Scattershot, to which it adds, if raised to level 4, Ambush and Blind, taken to the field together with Henchling Enforcer, a rare card that can be used with the water and life elements, which although of a lower level than the previous one, turns out to be quite interesting thanks to its Halving ability, that will be able to add, via, via, which will be maxed out, True Strike and Camouflage.
As you can see in both cases we are faced with decidedly interesting cards, and I therefore envy those who have won them without many problems, and thanks to this will also participate in the draw for rather interesting prizes, but unfortunately, as I was already saying a few lines above, at the moment I still don't know whether or not I will be able to participate in this event and purchase some specimens.
Fortunately I still have a few days to decide, even if, as time goes by, the percentage of points that I will get in exchange for a purchase also decreases, given that, as seen above, the themselves are going to decrease, and therefore the best hypothesis would certainly have been to take action, if necessary, from the initial day.
For the moment, however, I am busy with something completely different, and among other things, still talking about this game, I still have to understand, for example, whether the new reward mechanism, which has eliminated the chests, to replace them with game tokens, exchangeable within the appropriate shop, with a series of prizes that we can personally select, based on our preferences, it may have been a winning move, or if, instead, we will regret the previous mechanics.
The fact remains, however, that Splinterlands always continues to prove particularly active, and always on point, as on the occasion of this event, created on the occasion of the Bitcoin halving, which is certainly one of the most awaited moments by all those who love , and follow, the world of cryptocurrencies.
