Create evidence from AAX mails (only if your wallet is AAX)

This is the safest way to prove ownership of your money: AAX has sent you an email for every deposit or withdrawal, the email belongs to you, the AAX account and those of the other exchanges belong to you, so the money is yours. All you have to do is print all emails of deposits and withdrawals to your AAX account in PDF format. WARNING: make sure that the sum of deposits and withdrawals is equal to or less than the AAX balance, if higher you have made mistakes.

Open the email and follow these 3 simple steps if you don't know how to print emails in PDF.
1 If you're using Gmail, simply click here

2 The print dialog will open. Select Save to PDF if it's not already selected

then click on Save

3 The PDF save dialog will open. I advise you to add the email date to the file name to avoid overwriting it, then click Save

Create evidence via excel

You can use the excel files generated by the exchange. Only exports deposit and withdrawal transactions, the investigator's job will be to reconstruct the chain of transactions.
Make sure the excel file contains the following columns:

Address of the wallet you withdraw from
Address of the wallet you deposit to
Transaction amount
Transaction ID

If the wallet is personal (does not belong to an exchange) and you are unable to export the list of transactions for free, create a pdf and write only the wallet address inside. The investigator will retrieve the transaction list for you.

WARNING: we know how it is impossible to prove the origin of money earned with an airdrop from a blockchain that no longer exists, perhaps deposited in a liquidity pool on DeFi, subsequently traded OTC and staked on AAX. If your AAX balance has received funds that you don't know where they came from, you may only get some of your money back. You can be sure that the investigator and the law firm will work to recover the maximum (and thus increase their success fee)

I have many PDFs, how do I merge them to create one evidence file?

You can use one of the many online software or download the free PDF24 software https://www.pdf24.org. Below I will tell you how to use this software to merge all files.

1 Open PDF24 and click PDF Creator

2 Open the PDF24 software, click the + symbol button and select "Create from file" (the first option)

3 A window for selecting files will open. Select the PDF files to merge and click "Open"

4 Wait for all the PDF files to be loaded (the loaded files have a visible preview), then click "Merge selected documents" and finally "Save"

5 Save the file and use it as evidence file

Creare le prove dalle mail di AAX (solo se il tuo wallet è AAX)

Questo è il metodo più sicuro per dimostrare la proprietà dei tuoi soldi: AAX ti ha inviato una mail per ogni deposito o prelievo, la mail appartiene a te, l'account AAX e quelli degli altri exchange appartengono a te, perciò i soldi sono tuoi. Tutto ciò che devi fare è stampare in PDF tutte le mail dei depositi e dei prelievi verso il tuo account AAX. Apri la mail ed esegui questi 3 semplici passaggi se non sai come stampare le mail in PDF.
1 Se stai usando Gmail, clicca semplicemente qui

in alternativa puoi stampare tramite browser Firefox

2 Si aprirà la finestra di dialogo della stampa. Seleziona Save to PDF se non è già selezionato

poi clicca su Salva

3 Si aprirà la finestra di dialogo del salvataggio del PDF. Ti consiglio di aggiungere la data della mail al nome del file per evitare di sovrascriverlo, poi clicca Salva

Creare le prove tramite excel

Puoi utilizzare i file excel generati dall'exchange. Esporta solo le transazioni di depositi e prelievi, il lavoro dell'investigatore sarà quello di ricostruire la catena delle transazioni.
Assicurati che il file excel contenga le seguenti colonne:

Indirizzo del wallet da cui prelevi
Indirizzo del wallet su cui depositi
Importo della transazione
Id dell transazione

Se il wallet è personale (non appartiene a un exchange) e non riesci a esportare la lista delle transazioni gratuitamente, crea un pdf e scrivere all'interno solamente l'indirizzo del wallet. L'investigatore recupererà la lista delle transazioni per te.

AVVERTIMENTO: sappiamo come sia impossibile dimostrare la provenienza di soldi guadagnati con un airdrop da una blockchain che non esiste più, magari depositati in un liquidity pool su DeFi, successivamente scambiati in OTC e messi in staking su AAX. Se il tuo saldo su AAX ha ricevuto fondi di cui non conosci la loro provenienza, potresti recuperare solo parte dei tuoi soldi. Puoi stare sicuro che l'investigatore e lo studio legale lavoreranno per recuperare il massimo (e aumentare così la loro success fee)

Puoi usare uno dei tanti software online oppure scaricare il software gratuito PDF24 https://www.pdf24.org. Di seguito ti spiegherò come utilizzare questo software per unire tutti i file.

1 Apri PDF24 e clicca PDF Creator

2 Apri il software PDF24, clicca il pulsante col simbolo + e seleziona "Crea da file" (la prima opzione)

3 Si aprirà una finestra per selezionare i file. Seleziona i file PDF da unire e clicca "Apri"

4 Aspetta che tutti i file PDF siano caricati (i file caricati hanno l'anteprima visibile), poi clicca "Unisci i documenti selezionati" e infine "Salva"

5 Salva il file e utilizzalo come file delle prove
