A very bad experience for customer and the worst part is there is not other way to reach out to the customer staff.

I know that feelings, surprisingly these companies make billions in profit, and do not have straight customer support, which in my opinion should be not allowed by regulators. And we always make sure to buy products that is returnable, some items are not, and we do not pick them.

Big compainies and their drama. When they start making money they forget about customers... really bad. cheers
