The easiest method I've used is to go onto the discord channel for trading and buy them at 58/fan which lots of people sell. Just make sure they send you the starbits first then send the card over second so you don't get ripped off. But it's how people build up an army of fans really fast because -4 starbits from the website x thousands of fans is a big savings.
