Ciao Hivers. It's been a long time since I wrote in the Italian community, always running between home and office.
It was a very complex week for me and very tiring.
This morning I overslept, I was very tired. And when I got out of bed it was already after 9 am.
The sun was already high and particularly hot for being March.
I had a coffee, settled the meowing cat who wanted to eat, put on the first clothes I found on the chair and went out.
I headed to a park near my home, Villa Carpegna. It is an eighteenth-century villa, with a large park, restored and reopened to the public about twenty years ago.
The monumental entrance, with a large stone arch, is very beautiful. On the boundary wall, before entering, there is a mosaic Madonna, Byzantine style.
In the neighborhood it is customary to leave flowers, lights, gifts and prayers, hoping for a grace or help from Heaven.
Upon entering there is a small pine grove and immediately the villa. Maritime pines are a symbol of Rome. It is said that the Romans are like the pines of our city: staying close, foliage to foliage, life does not break them.
But there are very few pine trees left here, and this morning I too was feeling very tired and a little broken.
There was a spring air. The meadows already whitewashed, not with snow but with tiny daisies. And I went into the shady avenues of the seven hectares of park.
The traffic noises have faded away and I have enjoyed the harmony, when the architecture blends into the landscape without disfiguring it.
There are stairways, caves and three fountains.
Avenues of holm oaks, oaks and palm trees make the walk very pleasant. There are small inclines but very easy to overcome.
Where there are no trees, there are beautiful laurel hedges.
The third fountain, like an open cave in the wall, caught my attention.
The moss that formed with the humidity gave me the impression, looking at it from the side, of being the muzzle of a nice mastiff dog waiting for someone to throw the ball to play.
Or maybe it was just me who needed a companion at that moment.
And so, with my imaginary dog and walking walking, my mind cleared.
I'm not ready for Monday yet, but at least I'll bring some green in my eyes to the office.
It's really true that nature is the great healer

Ciao a tutti Hivers. E' molto che non scrivevo nella comunità Italiana, sempre di corsa fra casa e ufficio.
E' stata una settimana molto complessa per me e molto faticosa.
Stamattina ho dormito più del dovuto, ero molto stanca. E quando mi sono alzata dal letto erano già le 9.00 passate.
Il Sole era già alto e particolarmente caldo.
Ho preso un caffè, sistemato la gatta miagolante che voleva mangiare, mi sono messa i primi vestiti trovati sulla sedia e sono uscita.
Mi sono diretta in un parco che si trova vicino casa mia, Villa Carpegna. E' una villa Settecentesca, con un grande parco, restaurato e riaperto al pubblico una ventina di anni fa.
L'entrata monumentale con un grande arco di pietra è molto bella. Sul muro di cinta, prima di entrare, c'è una Madonna a mosaico, stile bizantino.
Nel quartiere è usanza lasciare fiori, luci, doni e preghiere, sperando in una grazia o in un aiuto dal Cielo.
Entrando c'è un piccolo pigneto e subito la villa. I pini marittimi sono un simbolo di Roma. Si dice che i romani siano come i pini della nostra città: restando vicini, chioma contro chioma, la vita non li spezza.
Ma qui di pini ne sono rimasti davvero pochi, e anche io questa mattina mi sentivo molto stanca e provata. Un po' spezzata.
C'era aria di Primavera. I prati già imbiancati, non di neve ma di minuscole margherite. E io mi sono addentrata nei viali ombrosi dei sette ettari di parco.
I rumori del traffico si sono fatti lontani e io mi sono gustata l'armonia, quando l'architettura si fonde col paesaggio senza deturparlo.
Sono presenti scalinate, grotte e tre fontane.
Viali di lecci, querce e palme rendono la passeggiata molto piacevole. Ci sono piccole pendenze ma molto facili da superare.
Dove non ci sono alberi, ci sono bellissime siepi di alloro.
La terza fontana, come una grotta aperta nel muro, ha catturato la mia attenzione.
Il muschio che si è formato con l'umidità mi ha dato l'impressione, guardandola di profilo, di essere il muso di un simpatico cane mastino in attesa che qualcuno lanciasse la palla per giocare.
O forse ero solo io che in quel momento avevo bisogno di un compagno.
E così, col mio cane immaginario e camminando camminando, la mia mente si è sgombrata.
Non sono ancora pronta per il Lunedì, ma almeno mi porterò in ufficio un po' di verde negli occhi.
E' proprio vero che la natura è il grande guaritore
Tutte le foto sono state scattate con il mio Oppo Reno Z4 che si è un po' invecchiato e non fa più foto belle come un tempo, come se le avesse mai fatte 😅

Il fatto di non scrivere troppo nelle piattaforme c'è da augurarsi essere positivo se significa che un lavoro vero abbonda (sempre nella speranza che si tratti di un buon ambiente dove lavorare).
Quanto agli abitanti del quartiere che sperano di ottenere una grazia per interposta persona lasciando fiori e candeline, sicuramente non sanno che il Signore non richiede offerte votive a santi e madonnine (anzi, nella legge mosaica lo proibisce pure), ma di rivolgersi direttamente a Lui.
Come mi piacerebbe che la marca Oppo arrivasse pure nella mia zona📲

Roma è piena di Madonnine incastonate nelle mura di cinta delle ville o nelle mura dei palazzi, poi considera che io sto proprio vicina al Vaticano. Le vecchine qua sono abituate a portare fiori e lumino. La villa è stata donata al comune, come villa pamphili o villa borghese, è un parco comunale. Ovviamente più piccino e meno curato, ma importante per il quartiere. C'è pure il circolo bocciofilo! Oppo sì, oppo no. Mi sarei comprata il samsung, ma l'equivalente a questo che era allora quasi il top gamma oppo era per me irraggiungibile. Volevo riprendere un huawei, dovevo cambiare il P3, ma con la storia del sistema operativo ho preferito un full android.
Devo dire che fa il suo porco lavoro, ma la qualità delle foto, rispetto a samsung e i-phone, non ci sta proprio.

Guarda, le foto sono venute belle comunque🐣. Suppongo agli oppo manchi la camera quadrupla tipica dei samsung (che però sono usi essere ben più cari, anche se i costi di un i-phone lo sono ancora di più, veramente proibitivi), ma pazienza.
Il nome Villa Panphili mi suona, devo avere studiato il luogo tra le lezioni di disegno e storia dell'arte alle Magistrali, dove in particolare nel mio istituto avevamo una prof che teneva particolarmente alla sua materia e ci faceva studiare a livelli di liceo artistico (cosa che per me non era brutta idea e con il senno di oggi ringrazio pure per la marcia in piú che un corso artistico di gran peso ci ha dato per una carriera d'insegnanti).
