Viviamo in un'epoca moderna in cui la maggior parte delle persone abitano in città e sono sommerse dal peso dello stress quotidiano. In realtà siamo invece parte della natura e camminare in un bosco ci fa stare bene.
Nel bosco siamo inebriati dagli odori e dai profumi presenti nell’aria. Dai piccoli animali che fuggono alla nostra vista ma che li sono nel loro ambiente naturale. Gli alberi, grandi e forti ci fanno un senso di sicurezza, ci calmano, ci ricordano un’ambiente familiare, quello in cui hanno vissuto per milioni di anni i nostri antenati prima di noi.

We are in a modern age where most people live in cities and are overwhelmed by the weight of everyday stress. In reality we are instead part of nature and walking in a forest makes us feel good.
In the woods we are surrounded by smells and scents present in the air. From the little animals that flee our sight but they are in their natural environment. The trees, large and strong, give us a sense of security, calm us, remind us of a familiar environment, the one in which our ancestors lived for millions of years before us.
