When making business decisions we must always refer to the resources we possess. First of all there is the fundamental problem which is the economic one. This factor cannot be ignored when we act in this sector.
The psychological factor within corporate decisions regarding resources is very important and usually starts from a precise and immutable point, that is, that for anyone, resources always seem and are scarce while needs and desires are always unlimited.
What you need to take into account
Let's make it clear right away that all decisions must take into account that they will have intrinsic and functional consequences. Today we also know that psychology helps a lot to recognize our behavior at a decision-making level in the economic field.
now, having said this, let's start writing the fundamentals that concern the decisions to be made.

Quando si prendono delle decisioni aziendali dobbiamo sempre fare riferimento alle risorse che si posseggono. Prima di tutto c’è il problema fondamentale che è quello economico. Non si può prescindere da questo fattore nel momento in cui agiamo in questo settore.
Il fattore psicologico all’interno delle decisioni aziendali nei confronti delle risorse è molto importante e di solito parte da un punto preciso ed immutabile, cioè che per chiunque le risorse sembrano e sono sempre scarse mentre i bisogni e i desideri sono sempre illimitati.
Di cosa bisogna tenere conto
Chiariamo subito che tutte le decisioni devono tenere conto che avranno conseguenze intrinseche e funzionali. Oggi sappiamo anche che la psicologia aiuta molto a riconoscere i nostri comportamenti a livello decisionale nell’ambito economico.

Quando si prendono delle decisioni aziendali bisogna tenere conto di quattro fattori fondamentali più un quinto argomento che può essere variabile.

Le decisioni prese all’interno del contesto aziendale devono tenere conto di come raggiungere gli obiettivi che si sono posti, non basta semplicemente fissare degli obiettivi.
Le varie decisioni dovranno inoltre tenere conto dei fattori che sono esterni alla propria attività aziendale.questi fattori possono essere politici, economici, sociali, tecnologici, giuridici e ambientali.

L'acronimo in questo caso è importantissimo hihihih. PESTLE significa che bisogna tenere in considerazione la Politica, l'Economia, l'aspetto Sociale, l'aspetto Tecnologico, l'aspetto Legale e l'aspetto Ambientale (Enviromental). Tutti gli aspetti devono essere considerati se si vuole costruire e mandare avanti un impresa. Se ne manchiamo uno il castello può crollare, se infatti dimentichiamo l'aspetto legale, quindi verrà a mancare la L all'acronimo... il tutto si può trasformare in PESTE!!! hahahah
Penso che ogni tipo di attività abbia delle pratiche burocratiche, ricordo che nel 2020 è morto un amico, aveva un ristorante, i figli hanno ereditato questa attività, era molto ben avviata, nonostante la pandemia è sopravvissuta, ma i figli, nella loro ambizione, venduto il posto Che tristezza, tanti anni di posti di lavoro persi, ora è un grande business alimentare, non solo un ristorante.
Con questo voglio dirvi che non si tratta solo dell'azienda, è tutto ciò che essa significa.
Si è vero, anche l'aspetto sentimentale o affettivo può produrre ottime scelte, ma potrei farti anche l'esempio contrario... Conosco un figlio che ha portato avanti l'attività del padre, un attività che durava da anni, ma nell'ultimo periodo non guadagnava molto quell'attività. Il figlio ha portato avanti ugualmente l'attività in quanto i clienti c'erano. Ha dovuto mollare, i guadagno piano piano sono spariti. L'analisi PESTLE in questo caso l'avrebbe aiutato perché gli avrebbe fatto comprendere come era cambiata la situazione non dentro l'attività, ma all'esterno. Lui non si era accorto di quell'aspetto.
