Blockchain technology is certainly one of the most popular technologies of the moment. Moreover, today blockchain technology is also observed and studied by investment groups as a financial instrument. Still the sector is not well regulated, but who knows what the future holds. Surely now the challenge for this technology is to become scalable so that more and more people can make transactions within the blockchain.
One of the latest forms of technology in this area are DPOS blockchains, or Delegated Proof of Stake.

Let us see which are the top 5 most capitalised DPOS blockchains.
Following the ranking of the top 5 is the ranking of the other 5 that complete the top 10.
The ranking of the 10 most capitalised Proof of Stake blockchains on 09/07/2022 was as follows:

Considerations
The last time I had a look at this ranking was on 09 July 2022. It has been 3 months since I last looked at this ranking and several changes have occurred.
First of all, we find Solana in first place after months that we had always seen TRON in first place. I am surprised by this, especially by the fact that Solana is now in the DPOS ranking. My research does not define Solana as a DPOS, but as a proof-of-stake linked to a proof-of-history algorithm, but we still follow Cryptoslate's ranking. TRON has now dropped to second place, as several months ago when TERRA was in first place, but TERRA then had huge problems and gave way to TORN. In third place is Terra Classic (LUNC), the old TERRA project. Tezos is now in fourth place in this DPOS ranking, thus dropping out of the top three. EOS continues its descent. EOS was the top DPOS blockchain for a long time, but has started to lose capitalisation to other blockchains and now slips from third place to fifth. Sixth place is occupied by XinFin (XDC), a project with which I am not familiar. In seventh place we find Terra (LUNA), which is Terra's new project, if we want we can call it LUNA 2.0. In eighth place we find HIVE which unfortunately loses capitalisation compared to July 2022 and drops from sixth to eighth place. In ninth place we find ICON, which drops from fifth position to ninth. In tenth place we find Solar, which drops from seventh position to tenth.
The following cryptocurrencies drop out of the top ten: Secret (SCRT), Lisk (LSK), Steem (STEEM)
I personally find TELOS's 17th position interesting, I want to see if TELOS will be able to advance in this ranking.
Conclusions
According to Cryptoslate the most capitalised DPOS today is SOLANA, but I have doubts that Solana can be identified as a DPOS. The DPOS blockchain that remains in the top three most capitalised for some time is TRON. EOS, on the other hand, continues to lose capitalisation to other blockchains. HIVE has done -10% in the last 30 days and this has caused it to lose two positions, but it is still in the top ten of the most capitalised Delegated Proof of Stake blockchains. STEEM in three months has lost three positions and is now in 13th position, outside the top ten. I find it interesting that TELOS has entered the top 20, we will see if its capitalisation can grow so as to re-enter the top ten.

La tecnologia blockchain è sicuramente una delle più popolari tecnologie del momento. Inoltre oggi la tecnologia blockchain è osservata e studiata anche dai gruppi di investimento come strumento finanziario. Ancora il settore non è ben regolamentato, ma chissà cosa ci riserverà il futuro. Sicuramente ora la sfida di questa tecnologia è diventare scalabile in maniera che sempre più persone possano compiere transazioni all’interno della blockchain.
Una delle ultime forme tecnologiche di questo settore sono le blockchain DPOS, ovvero Delegated Proof of Stake.

Andiamo a vedere come sono cambiate le cose il 13/10/2022

Considerazioni
L’ultima volta che avevo dato un’occhiata a questa classifica era il 09 luglio 2022. Sono passati 3 mesi dall’ultima volta che ho visionato questa classifica e sono avvenuti diversi cambiamenti.
Innanzitutto troviamo al primo posto Solana dopo mesi che avevamo visto sempre TRON al primo posto. Sono sorpreso da questa situazione, soprattutto dal fatto che Solana ora si trova nella classifica delle DPOS. Le mie ricerche non definiscono Solana come una DPOS, ma come una proof-of-stake collegata ad un algoritmo proof-of-history, ma seguiamo comunque la classifica di Cryptoslate . TRON ora è scesa al secondo posto, come diversi mesi fa quando al primo posto c’era TERRA, ma TERRA ebbe poi enormi problemi e lasciò il posto a TORN. Al terzo posto troviamo Terra Classic (LUNC), ovvero il vecchio progetto di TERRA. Tezos si trova ora al quarto posto in questa classifica delle DPOS, uscendo così dalla classifica delle prime tre. EOS continua la sua discesa. EOS è stata per molto tempo la prima blockchain DPOS, ma ha iniziato a perdere capitalizzazione nei confronti di altre blockchain ed ora scivola dal terzo posto al quinto. Il sesto posto è occupato da XinFin (XDC), progetto che non conosco bene. Al settimo posto troviamo Terra (LUNA), ovvero il nuovo progetto di Terra, se vogliamo possiamo chiamarla LUNA 2.0. All’ottavo posto troviamo HIVE che purtroppo perde capitalizzazione rispetto a luglio 2022 e scende dal sesto all’ottavo posto. Al nono posto troviamo ICON che scende dalla quinta posizione alla nona. Al decimo posto troviamo Solar, che dalla settima posizione scende fino alla decima.
Escono dalla top ten le seguenti criptomonete: Secret (SCRT), Lisk (LSK), Steem (STEEM)
Personalmente trovo interessante la diciassettesima posizione di TELOS, voglio vedere se TELOS sarà in grado di avanzare in questa classifica.
Conclusioni
Secondo Cryptoslate la DPOS più capitalizzata di oggi è SOLANA, ma ho dei dubbi che Solana si possa identificare come una DPOS. La blockchain DPOS che rimane da tempo tra le prime tre più capitalizzate è TRON. EOS continua invece a perdere capitalizzazione nei confronti di altre blockchain. HIVE ha fatto un -10% negli ultimi 30 giorni e questo le ha fatto perdere due posizioni, ma è sempre nella top ten delle blockchain Delegated Proof of Stake più capitalizzate. STEEM in tre mesi ha perso 3 posizioni ed ora si trova in tredicesima posizione, fuori dalla top ten. Trovo interessante che TELOS sia entrato nella top 20, vedremo se la sua capitalizzazione potrà crescere in maniera da rientrare nella top ten.

Ho letto la tua domanda, ma non riesco a smettere di guardare Tron, sta andando molto bene, mi mancano sicuramente informazioni
TRON è veloce, io credo che ci sia la reale possibilità che in futuro TRON venga usata come mezzo di pagamento. Le DPOS sono velocissime nelle transazioni, quindi progetti come HIVE, TRON avranno dei vantaggi tra qualche anno che altre blockchain non avranno
