I am not sure what is it (you zoomed in enormously and it is really hard to tell) but I am almost certain that you took this picture on the 20th of February 2021 and if I am not mistaken I can also tell you who was with you :)
I am guessing that it is a blooming rosemary, maybe a cultivar a bit different than the mediterranean one.
