Well, I admit, apparently, the photo for this game was too complicated. But nevertheless, there is still a winner - I look at the nearest place from those named.
The place in the photo is called Moletto di Levanto in the town of Levanto in the region of Liguria, Italy. Here is the exact location. As you can see from the photos on the map and on Google Street View here or here, the rocks, sand and pebbles on the beach are not black but mostly dark grey. But you may have seen more than once that when wet, such stones darken almost to black, especially without the light of the sun. Therefore, in my photo, taken, I think, at low tide, they turned out to be deceptively black, as if hinting at classic volcanic beaches, for example, in Iceland :) In addition, a well-chosen angle created the illusion of a rather deserted beach. Our eyes and our consciousness sometimes deceive us :)
So, the Faroe Islands turned out to be the closest of the named places or countries to this beach. Congratulations to @asgarth! Unfortunately, I have not been there yet, but this is one of those places where I really want to visit. Hopefully someday :)
Many thanks to all who participated for your guesses! The bonus for the exact location goes towards my next two games.
