RE: The Forecasted Costs of the Canadian Federal Government Forced BuyBack Program After Effectively Outlawing Over 1500 Different Firearm Species in an Incredible Act of Tyrannical Oppression... Plus a Legal Loophole we Can Exploit in Defiance

in H.A.T.E.D3 years ago

Some towns and cities have their own police force..
Then we have the federal Mounties / RCMP.

I've found a loophole in their shitty ban of AR receivers.. Working on putting a kit together that will allow a person to print like 85% - 90% of the thing and then do some tutorials on how to machine the metal parts out at home..

The whole thing will break down to fit in a regular large document padded brown envelope, and provided the barrel and bolt carrier group aren't in the package no customs officer or mail man would be none the wiser. :D

You speak the true true..!

The whole reason I created H.A.T.E.D was to have a place where folks from anywhere in the planet could come share with the world the stupid and or straight up malicious actions of govts... This is a place to call out their bullshit where they can't take it down.. and THAT is fucking beautiful use of blockchain in my opinion.

Sort:

Here, as long as the sheriff is a good guy things go better.
He can arrest anybody in the county, federal judges, federal agents, state judges, state agents, anybody in his county is subject to his 'jurisdiction'.

So, we got that going for us.

Now if more people would push back on their claim of jurisdiction.

Me and you can't write out our rules and force them onto others, why does this armed, uniformed, criminal gang get to do it to us?
Because we are all soybois and let them.

We get as much tyranny as we tolerate.
It's been this way since the first two men picked up sticks and began to farm the neighbors rather than the land.

Up here it's a local city police and while they aren't as bad as some of the absolutely corrupt city police branches in provinces east and west of me, there are a handful of officers in the local cop shop that I know for a fact either bring personal grudges into the way they conduct themselves during a shift, or are know to associate with criminal organizations and provide intel to crooks and vice versa. Personally no issue with most cops, they are just guys trying to make a living.. But those who are corrupt or play both sides of the fence are some of the worst examples of humanity and deserve no pity.

My cardinal rule is that I do not phone the police as he who appeals to his law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward, whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both..

We could very well write our own laws and try and force them onto others.. But unless we were forcing people to follow them out of fear like the tyrants we seek to end what is the point? Stooping down to the level of those you wish to uproot and remove from their fragile thrones of power only serves to nullify the initial reason for doing it all in the first place.

I love the whole "jurisdiction" fallacy... Countries, provinces and states are make-believe political fantasy perpetrated by people wishing to use the false division of earth to impose their will upon the folks within the area. I'm an earth citizen and last time I checked the earth wasn't writing laws, it's only humans that would be so bold as to make up an entire system, brainwash the population into believing it, then using it against them to dictate what they are capable of doing... Like how fucked is the whole situation?

The cracks are being shown, the seams are starting to burst, shouldn't be too much longer, now.

Freedom is there, we just have to take our own.

I hardly see any cops in this city, most are on comp time for cases tied up in court.

That is one thing that always pissed me off.. Cops getting paid vacations for doing shit that you or I would get the book thrown at us for. The boy and blue will cover eachothers asses and the court system is always lenient on them, if anything the courts should be extra strict with them as they are the ones representing that court and government on the streets.. The way the police are allowed to act is a pretty good indicator of the morale of those fielding them..

You've given me a great idea for a post me thinks. Much appreciated captain.
