It's so interesting how time changes places, people and circumstances. Less than twenty years ago this are I took the photos from was almost non inhabited. Now you can hardly find a piece of land to build something.
A friend of mine bought this land where I was this afternoon about two years ago and now he is leveling it up so he can start the project(a 5 apartments guesthouse).
The view is splendid and I can't wait to lay in the pool and enjoy a couple of sunsets over there. Meanwhile everything is raw with the exception of the portions he excavated the ground in preparation for the construction site.
The land is placed in one of the most beautiful areas we have around here. We will be using the drone tomorrow to take some footage from above of the ground and will probably come with an update post with some photographs taken from above.
It's gonna take some time to actually build everything over there but I bet the results will be outstanding. The pics speak for themselves, thus I'm gonna have to close the post now by wishing you all the good in the world and see ya all tomorrow.
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
