Nos han enseñado que el amor propio solo es cuidar lo que refleja nuestro exterior y todo lo contrario cultivarlo desde el interior pues muchas veces creemos estar bien porque físicamente nos vemos bien pero es una idea muy absurda en la actualidad pues si no cuidamos de nosotros por completo probablemente no esté al 100% sano nuestro sistema, y si llevaba muchos días desaparecida por acá pero estaba priorizando mi salud, fui a consulta medica, me enviaron muchos exámenes, uno de ellos no salio como yo esperaba y aun me faltan pero sin embargo nunca es tarde para empezar a cuidar de nosotros mismos ese es el mejor consejo que hoy les puedo brindar, adivinen mi piel es muy débil y ahora tengo super morado donde me inyectaron 🥹🤍🫰🏼
