Having ice cream in cold weather? Why hot? Some people in HK go Hot Pot during summer, don't what's the problem there as long as you never bother to the others.

Here in Mexico in the state of Sonora I know that people drink hot coffee in hot weather, they say it works to stabilize the temperature and stop feeling hot, but in the area where I live the weather is normally warm, that's why people here don't eat ice cream in cold weather.
