Hola amigos de HIVE y Liketu, como primer post en la plataforma de Liketu les quería traer una rutina básica que se puede hacer de forma rápida y eficiente, consiste de 4 ejercicios que son con mayor enfoque en el hombro

Los ejercicios de empuje enfatizan más en el deltoide anterior que es uno de los 3 músculos que conforma el hombro

La rutina consiste en:
Fondos 14x4
Pike Push up inclinadas 12x4
Flexiones Inclinadas 12x4
Flexiones arqueras 10x4

Hi friends of HIVE and Liketu, as my first post on the Liketu platform I wanted to bring you a basic routine that can be done quickly and efficiently, it consists of 4 exercises that are more focused on the shoulder.

The pushing exercises emphasize more on the anterior deltoid which is one of the 3 muscles that make up the shoulder.

The routine consists of:
DIPS 14x4
Incline Pike Push ups 12x4
Incline Push-ups 12x4
Push ups arq Hips 10x4
