Antes de comenzar a grabar, hice un pequeño calentamiento de unos 5 minutos 🏃♂️💨, preparando el cuerpo y la mente. Luego me dediqué a practicar los elementos que quería mostrar en el vídeo:
🐉 Dragón (también conocido como “bailarina”)
🔄 Disloque
💪 Estáticos como Front en Straddle, Back Lever en Straddle con repeticiones y Planche
Después de repasar y analizar bien lo que iba a realizar, llegó el momento de grabar. El vídeo quedó en 1:30 minutos, exactamente como estaba establecido. La experiencia fue muy buena, me sentí satisfecho con lo logrado 🙌, aunque reconozco que todavía me falta mejorar la fluidez en los trucos.
Sé que cada entrenamiento suma y que, con la ayuda de Dios 🙏, llegaré mucho más fuerte y preparado para la competencia. Este proceso no solo es físico, también es mental: disciplina, constancia y fe.
El camino hacia Legends of the Bart apenas comienza, pero lo importante es dar cada paso con pasión, sin miedo a los errores, porque ahí es donde se esconde el verdadero aprendizaje 💥.

I know that every training adds up and that, with God's help 🙏, I will arrive much stronger and prepared for the competition. This process is not only physical, it's also mental: discipline, consistency and faith.
The road to Legends of the Bart is just beginning, but the important thing is to take each step with passion, without fear of mistakes, because that's where the real learning lies 💥
