Saludos estimados amigos.. en esta publicación compartiré lo que ha sido el proceso de la esterilización de nuestra gatita Sussi Stella.

Ya que fue exactamente el lunes 26 de febrero cuando fue la operación y al día de hoy ya tiene aproximadamente unos 10 días, y aunque mi pase yo estamos preocupados porque es una gatita pequeña ya que la esterilizamos a los 6 meses de edad. La verdad es que se ha recuperado bastante bien y más bien parece como que si nunca la hubieran operado.

En nuestro caso consideramos esterilizarla a los 6 meses de edad ya que sufre mucho al momento de tener gatitos y también sufrimos nosotros ya que no logramos dar en adopción a alguien responsable de estos gatitos.

Así que la mejor opción es esterilizar y además esto hace que la gata se conserve por mucho más tiempo y su salud sea bastante estable.

Lo más difícil del proceso de la esterilización son las limpiezas que hay que hacerle ya que obviamente Sussy no se queda tranquila y trata de pelear con todas sus fuerzas así hay que tenerle paciencia para lograr curarla y que poco a poco su herida se vaya cerrando.

Algo que también nos ha gustado mucho es la fabricación de distintas fajas para evitar que ella al momento de lamerse se quite los puntos. La verdad nos hemos puesto muy creativos al momento de hacérsela hasta el punto de ponerle una ropa que se adapte a su color de pelaje y se ve hermosa.

Ya para el lunes 11 tocaría el día de retirarle los puntos y ya puede moverse con normalidad nuestra gatita aunque hasta el momento se ha recuperado bastante bien no presentó complicaciones y lo mejor es que incluso hemos visto que ha aumentado un poquito de peso ya que no hace mucha actividad física y duerme todo el día 😂🥹

Since it was exactly on Monday, February 26 when was the operation and today she is already about 10 days old, and although my pass I am worried because she is a small kitten since we sterilized her at 6 months of age. The truth is that she has recovered quite well and it seems as if she had never been operated.

In our case we considered spaying her at 6 months of age because she suffers a lot when she has kittens and we also suffer because we are not able to give her up for adoption to someone responsible for these kittens.

So the best option is to sterilize and also this makes that the cat is conserved for much more time and her health is quite stable.

The most difficult part of the sterilization process are the cleanings that have to be done because obviously Sussy does not stay calm and tries to fight with all her strength so we have to be patient to cure her and little by little her wound will close.

Something that we have also liked a lot is the fabrication of different sashes to prevent her from licking her stitches. The truth is that we have been very creative when it comes to making them, to the point of putting clothes that adapt to her coat color and she looks beautiful.

By Monday 11 it would be the day to remove the stitches and our kitten can move normally, although so far she has recovered quite well, she has not presented any complications and the best thing is that we have even seen that she has gained a little weight since she does not do much physical activity and sleeps all day long.
