For some time now, I have been wondering about the possibility of devoting myself entirely to web3, but that question does not usually come alone. There are a handful of other questions that come to mind, essentially about the skills I have and the skills I lack.
Although I have been with Hive for just over five years, I have not always been aware of what web3 entails. Over time, I created a community with some friends, a community that is now gradually advancing as a project beyond a simple community. Also, over time, I co-created a project that focuses on spreading the word about Hive and educating people about web3.
Thanks to this community, I was able to be a speaker at the largest blockchain event in the country. I have made many friends and acquaintances both in my country and globally thanks to Hive. I create posts almost daily, although at the moment, thanks to the #hive14challenge, I am doing so every day. With each post, we receive incentives, regardless of how much or how little they are for each post. It's incredible how, by participating in the network, you can receive incentives that, in short, are analogous to Hive shares.
I have been able to achieve many things. I have been able to use my coins to improve my quality of life, even though it is not exactly enough money to live comfortably. It is impressive what a project like the Hive blockchain can create. A project that, in its ideal of freedom and decentralization, makes me reflect on aspects such as the responsibility that each person in Hive has.
I want to be able to say at some point that I am completely dedicated to web3, and by web3 I mean Hive. It's not that I'm dogmatic, but beyond Bitcoin, Hive represents the work of people globally who have managed to build a project without giving in to the whims of web2 or the traditional organizations we know.
Hive is the construction of a digital environment that aims for freedom, as I like to say, a truly human environment, which is why it is both complex and amazing. Therefore, I hope to devote myself to Hive more and more, as much as possible.

¿Dedicarse a web3?

Gracias a la misma comunidad de pude ser speaker en el evento blokchain más grande del país, he ganado muchos amigos y conocidos tanto en mi país como a nivel global gracias a Hive. He podido lograr muchas cosas, he podido usar mis monedas para mejorar mi calidad de vida aunque no sea precisamente una entrada de dinero lo suficientemente como para vivir tranquilo, es impresionante lo que un proyecto como la blockchain de Hive puede ir creando. Un proyecto que en su ideal de libertad y descentralización me hace reflexionar en aspectos como la responsabilidad que cada persona en Hive posee.
Quiero poder decir en un momento, me dedico completamente a web3, y con web3 me refiero a Hive y no es que sea un dogmático pero más allá de Bitcoin, Hive representa un trabajo de personas a nivel global que han logrado edificar un proyecto sin ceder a caprichos de web2 o de las organizaciones tradicionales que conocemos.
Hive es edificación de un entorno digital que apunta a la libertad, como me gusta decirlo, un entorno verdaderamente humano, por ello es tanto complejo como asombroso. Por ello, espero en la medida de lo posible dedicarme a Hive cada vez más y más.
