Hi friends, I will share one of my photos when visiting my favorite coffee roaster. I really like coffee, and of course, I also like every process. One of the most critical processes of coffee that you can enjoy in cafes is the roasting process. The roasting process is, of course, the most challenging thing because, in the process, a coffee roaster must learn to make coffee beans to bring out their characteristics. Not infrequently, in the process, a coffee roaster has to waste a lot of coffee beans in finding the right roast profile for a coffee bean. And the price of the green coffee beans themselves is certainly not low either, so this is the price that must be paid to create a good coffee bean.

The photo you can see above is the coffee roasting process for Robusta coffee beans. Robusta coffee beans are usually widely used for making espresso coffee, so the roasting process is quite simple. Except for Arabica coffee beans, typically used for the manual brew, the roasting process is usually quite tricky. This is the greatness of a roaster tested to reveal the character of each coffee bean he will roast.

I hope you guys like these photos when the roasting process is in progress. Thank you liketu friends.
