Today we had to represent this school of psychology in a mind map, where we had to highlight its authors and laws. The work was done as a group and days before we agreed to take the support material and deliver it together with an analysis.
The Gestalt school is the branch of psychological theories that studies perception and was born in Germany, thanks to Max Wertheimer who with the help of Köller and Koffka studied the apparent movement and developed and discovered the phenomenon called Phi.
This theory was born in response to the behaviorist theory and Psychoanalysis which were the predominant schools in the United States (behaviorism) and in Europe (Psychoanalysis). Putting on the table of this science the perceptive part of man. From the gestslt was born the basic concepts that later would help the development of other areas such as graphic design, cinema, photography and more.
The whole is more than the sum of its parts. This is the phrase with which it differs from other currents that had an elementalist and after all the concept of Gestalt born their laws which are: law of figure and background, law of experience, law of symmetry, law of contrast, law of closure, law of proximity, among others.
It is important not to confuse the Gestalt school with Gestalt therapy, although the latter has its basis in the former but its authors are different.

Hoy nos toco representar está escuela de la psicología en un mapa mental, donde teníamos que destacar sus autores y sus leyes. El trabajo lo hicimos en grupo y días antes nos pusimos de acuerdo para llevar el material de apoyo y entregarlo junto a un análisis.
La escuela de la Gestalt es la rama de las teorías Psicológicas que estudia la percepción y nace en Alemania, gracias a Max Wertheimer que con la ayuda de Köller y Koffka estudiaron el movimiento aparente y desarrollaron descubrieron el fenómeno que llamaron Phi.
Está teoria nace en respuestas a la teoría conductista y al Psicoanálisis que era las escuelas que predominaban en estados unidos (conductismo) y en europa (Psicoanálisis). Poniendo en la mesa de esta ciencia la parte perceptiva de hombre. De la gestslt nace los conceptos básicos que más tarde serían ayudarían el desarrollo de otras áreas como el diseño gráfico, el cine, la fotografía y más.
El todo es más que la suma de sus partes. Está es la frase con la que de diferencia de otras corrientes que tenían una hace elementalista y tras de todo el concepto de la Gestalt nacen sus leyes las cuales son: ley de figura y fondo, ley de la experiencia, ley de simetría, ley de contraste, ley de cierre, ley de proximidad, entre otras.
Es importante no confundir la escuela de la Gestalt con la terapia de la Gestalt, si bien está última tiene su base de la primera pero sus autores son diferentes.
