Hi, I hope you are all well today, I am feeling great and have had a fantastic few days of progress. If you are not having such a great time, just a reminder that life is a process and you always get through it if you work hard and believe in yourself.
Today I decided to take some photos of myself, because I love the new look I've had for a few months now. Specifically I'm talking about my curls. When I was younger I didn't like them very much because they were quite messy and I had a hard time styling them because I had too much hair.
For these reasons I decided to start having treatments to straighten my hair, although at the beginning it looked very straight and beautiful, as they were not natural products, my hair started to get damaged and I lasted a long time with my hair a bit sensitive.
At that moment I realized the damage I was causing, so I stopped using all those substances on my hair, because it was no longer the same, it was dry, weak, did not grow and fell out easily, so I made a big change.
I cut my hair and started taking care of it. I started using natural products to moisturize it, to make it strong again and I decided to take care of my curls again. I think it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
When I saw their progress, the shine and strength they had regained, I felt great. Today I love and respect my curls, and I will continue to take care of them.

Hola, espero que todos estén bien en el día de hoy, yo la verdad me siento muy bien y he tenido unos días fantásticos de progreso. El que no la esté pasando tan bien, solo le recuerdo que la vida es un proceso y que siempre se sale adelante si te esfuerzas y crees en ti.
He decidido en el día de hoy tomarme unas fotos, pues me encanta el nuevo look que tengo desde hace unos meses. Específicamente me refiero a mis rizos. Cuando era más pequeña no me gustaban mucho pues eran bastante desordenados y me costaba mucho peinarme porque tenía demasiada melena.
Por estas razones decidí comenzar a hacerme tratamientos para alizarme el cabello, independientemente de que al principio se me veía muy alisado y bonito, como no eran productos naturales, el pelo comenzó a maltratarse y duré un buen tiempo con el cabello un poco sensible.
En este punto fue que me di cuenta del mal que le estaba ocasionando, por lo que dejé de usar todas estas sustancias en el pelo, porque ya no era el mismo, estaba reseco, débil, no me crecía y se caía con facilidad, entonces le hice un gran cambio.
Me realicé un corte, y comencé a cuidarlo. Empecé a utilizar productos naturales para hidratarlo, para que tomara nuevamente su fortaleza y decidí comenzar a atender mis rizos nuevamente. Creo que fue una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado.
Al ver su avance, su progreso, el brillo y fortaleza que había recuperado, me sentí muy bien. Hoy por hoy amo y respeto mis rizos, y continuaré cuidándolos.

STOPTambién soy de cabello rizado y hace poco lo corté bastante. Me recomendaron un baño de crema llamado skylo , y bueno también ando en ese proceso de Amar mis rizos . Aunque siempre los he llevado con orgullo, si he hecho cambios de looks de vez en cuando para variar. ❤️
