Hello nice people of hive, how are you, I was passing by to tell you a little bit about my morning, well as you can see in the pictures, I was at the gym, well yes, I decided to resume the exercises.
Some time ago I was going to the gym for a long period of time, but due to school and other situations I had to stop going, but well, that doesn't mean that I stopped liking to exercise.
In that time I was active I saw many positive changes in my body both external and internal, it is a very special experience, and more when you see the results little by little product of your sacrifice and effort.
Well nothing, I hope to stay active to achieve my goal and have a healthier life, and I hope that if you do not do exercises that you are encouraged and live the experience, you will not regret it!

Hola lindas personas de hive, ¿como están?, pasaba por acá para comentarles un poco de mi mañana, que bueno como pueden apreciar en las fotos, estuve en el gimnasio, pues sí, decidí retomar los ejercicios.
Hace un tiempo estuve por un largo período yendo al gimnasio, pero por la escuela y demás situaciones tuve que dejar de asistir, pero bueno, eso no quiere decir que me dejara de gustar hacer ejercicios.
En ese tiempo que estuve activa vi muchos cambios positivos en mi cuerpo tanto externos como internos, es una experiencia bastante especial, y más cuando vas viendo los resultados poco a poco producto de tu sacrificio y empeño.
Pues nada, espero mantenerme activa para lograr mi objetivo y tener una vida más saludable, así como espero que si no haces ejercicios que te animes y vivas la experiencia, no te vas a arrepentir!!✨🤍
