Scammers will likely create new accounts, so it is better to vet new accounts before delegating or curating anything.

Well, it takes time to learn how to stop them, but giveaways are patterns. Scammers are usually not very intelligent, like the one above, who does the same thing over and over again.

@hivewatchers I think you are right about the region, but this person is more likely from India or Pakistan. Here in Bangladesh, we don't really use the word 'Gandu'. Since Hindi and Urdu sound almost the same when it comes to slang, your guess makes sense.
