No suelo ir a bares de noche, pero la cafetería me viene de lujo porque está cerca de mi trabajo, y ni hablar del descuento en la clínica dental… ¡una sonrisa bien cuidada siempre es una buena inversión!

This week has been amazing at the gym. After a tough time, I can finally say I'm at 100%, my strength is back and so are my quads! There is nothing more frustrating than seeing the gains you worked so hard for get lost, but getting them back is an indescribable satisfaction. I feel more motivated than ever.
And as if that wasn't enough, the gym surprised us with something cool: discount cards at four businesses! Two bars, a coffee shop and a dental clinic are offering us a 10% discount. It may not sound like much, but with how expensive life is, every saving counts. I don't usually go to bars at night, but the coffee shop comes in handy because it's close to my work, and not to mention the discount at the dental clinic... a well-groomed smile is always a good investment!
I close this week with many reasons to smile: regained strength, visible progress and extra benefits I didn't expect. Sometimes life gives us little nudges that make a difference, and this has been one of those moments.
