Hi hi Amigos
It's another beautiful day and we are in a brand new week.
We should stay inspired and motivated right?
Yes, we can do that through daily Index4Index initiative by @jongolson
I lived in worry everyday that it became a part of my life.
I try to get over it by trying to find solutions, staying calm, getting used to disappointments and toughness.
During my anxiety days, it didn't make anything better nor have any positive impact.
Rather it generated other negative things and more worry.
Tell your the truth, does worrying about something make it any better?
Let's check out this quote I came across online.
Anxiety's like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you very far. – Jodi Picoult
I wish you the very best today and always.
As we struggle to stay alive and thrive daily.
Thank you very much for visiting my blog.

Anxiety is so often our first response to stressors, I try to remember God's command to pray without ceasing and bring my fears to Him. I Thess. 5:17
