According to the NT-01-2008 of the Occupational Health and Safety Program (PSST), all business centers, public or private, must comply with the execution of 16 quarterly hours of training for all workers, thus promoting a culture of accident prevention. and occupational diseases.

This is how multidisciplinary teams are born that are in charge of carrying out various activities on an annual basis, inspections, risk assessments, courses, workshops, among other organizational projects where Risk Management and Prevention is a fundamental pillar.

Today I want to share with you the following photographic record made by the SST work team, to train staff in a business way in Fire Prevention and Extinction, Use and Management of Portable Fire Extinguishers as well as hose cloths.

They are explained about the functionality of each extinguishing agent, personal protective equipment, parts of a fire extinguisher (how to arm and disarm). Types of fire and the most significant point "the Tetrahedron of fire". Each of them performs a technical part where firefighting will be fundamental in a practical way, through the previously detailed procedure, thus taking invaluable experience and learning that can be used to save lives and any location where a fire-related incident occurs. .

¿Cómo seria pasar un día con el equipo de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo?

Según la NT-01-2008 del Programa de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (PSST) todo centro empresarial, publico o privado, debe cumplir con la ejecución de 16 horas trimestrales en capacitación para todos los trabajadores, promoviendo así la cultura preventiva de accidentes y enfermedades ocupacionales.

Así nacen equipos multidisciplinarios que se encargan de realizar diversas actividades de forma anual, inspecciones, evaluaciones de riesgos, cursos, talleres, entre otros proyectos organizacionales en donde la Gestión y Prevención de Riesgos sea un pilar fundamental.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el siguiente registro fotográfico que realizò el equipo de trabajo de SST, para capacitar al personal de forma empresarial en Prevención y Extinción de Incendios, Uso y Manejo de Extintores tanto portátiles como paños de manguera.

Se les explica acerca de las funcionalidad de cada agente extinguidor, equipos de protección personal, partes de un extintor (como armar y desarmar). Tipos de fuego y el punto mas significativo "el Tetraedro del fuego". Cada uno de ellos realiza una parte técnica donde la extincion de incendios de forma practica será fundamental, mediante el procedimiento previamente detallado, llevándose así una experiencia y aprendizaje invaluable que puede ser utilizado para salvar vidas y alguna localidad donde ocurra un incidente relacionado con el fuego.
