Kanokwan :: Go buy a cake at noon 🍰
- ::...Hello everyone. Today in Koh Phangan, the weather is quite hot. I went out to buy more vegetables in the shop. On the way there, I stopped by the shop that Mr. Aunt had recommended earlier. Which has called Khun Aunt to ask and Khun Aunt told me the route until driving to find a cake shop. Which, when you look closely, the cake shop is opposite the fruit shop that I come to buy regularly. (Every time I come to buy fruit, I guess I'm in too much of a hurry so I didn't notice haha). Plus it's inexpensive. The first cabinet on the left-hand side sells cakes per piece for 60 baht, while the second cabinet on the right-hand side sells cakes at 80 baht per piece. Each piece looks very appetizing. A foreigner walks in and recommends you to try that one and try to buy this one as well. He said it was so delicious that he almost wanted to buy the whole cabinet. LOL So I took quite a lot of pictures so I had a chance to pass there again so I could go and buy it and pre-selected it from these pictures. I've bought 5 cakes in total, and none of them are the same.
- The first piece will be chocolate cookie cake decorated with 1 strawberry. It's vegan. My sister and girlfriend really like this piece because it tastes sweet and mellow. It's like it's not a vegan cake at all.
- The second piece is Banoffee Cake. This one feels like a non-vegan cake. I haven't tasted this one yet (I forgot it in the car, when I came back to the shop, I immediately took the stuff out of the car to exchange it back to cook for the customer so I forgot it in the car). I will take it and eat it again.
- The third piece is a cereal cookie. It is a dry cereal mixed with cornflakes tossed with honey. The taste is very sweet and crispy.
- The 4th piece is Big Size Chocolate Ball Cake. It tastes like banana cake mixed with dark chocolate. Plus, it has grains as well.
- The fifth piece is passion fruit cake. The taste is sour and sweet. The skin is very soft and smooth to the touch.
After buying the cake instead, he went straight to the fruit shop across the street to buy bananas and avocados for customers. and eat when hungry Shortly after coming home, Aunty came home just as well and bought a large pizza pan as well. The pizza is a double cheese pizza, using 4 types of cheese to go with salami. It's the pizza that you've chosen for yourself. It's very delicious.

Kanokwan :: ไปซื้อเค้กช่วงเที่ยง 🍰 - ::...สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆทุกคน วันนี้ที่เกาะพะงันอากาศค่อนข้างร้อนมาก ฉันได้ออกไปซื้อผักเข้าร้านเพิ่มเติมค่ะ ระหว่างทางไปนั่นฉันได้แวะหาร้านที่คุณอาได้แนะนำไว้ในครั้งก่อนด้วยค่ะ ซึ่งได้โทรถามคุณอาไปและให้คุณอาบอกเส้นทางมาให้จนขับรถไปเจอร้านเค้กค่ะ ซึ่งเมื่อสังเกตดูดีๆร้านเค้กนั้นอยู่ตรงข้ามร้านผลไม้ที่ฉันมาซื้อประจำเลยค่ะ (ในทุกครั้งที่มาซื้อผลไม้สงสัยฉันคงรีบร้อนจนเกินไปเลยไม่ได้สังเกตเห็น haha) ฉันได้แวะเข้าไปในร้านและดูเค้กทุกๆอย่างแล้วมันมีทั้งแบบวีแกนและแบบปกติ แถมราคาไม่แพงด้วยค่ะ ตู้แรกฝั่งซ้ายมือจะขายเค้กต่อชิ้น ชิ้นละ 60 บาท ส่วนตู้ที่สองฝั่งขวามือจะขายเค้กราคาต่อชิ้น ชิ้นละ 80 บาท หน้าตาแต่ละชิ้นน่าทานมากเลยค่ะ มีฝรั่งเดินเข้ามาแนะนำให้ลองชิมอันนั้นให้ลองซื้อแบบนี้ด้วยล่ะค่ะ เขาบอกว่ามันอร่อยมากๆเขาแทบจะอยากซื้อเหมาไปทั้งตู้เลยค่ะ LOL ฉันเลยถ่ายรูปมาเยอะแยะพอสมควรเลยไว้มีโอกาสผ่านไปตรงนั้นอีกจะได้แวะไปซื้อและได้เลือกไว้ล่วงหน้าจากภาพพวกนี้ ฉันได้เลือกซื้อเค้กมาทั้งหมด 5 ชิ้นด้วยกัน และไม่เหมือนกันสักแบบเลยค่ะ
- ชิ้นแรกจะเป็นเค้กคุ้กกี้ช็อกโกแลตตกแต่งด้วยด้วยสตอเบอรี่ 1 ชิ้น เป็นแบบวีแกน ชิ้นนี้น้องสาวและแฟนชอบมากเลยค่ะเพราะรสชาติหวานกลมกล่อมพอดีมากเลยค่ะอย่างกับว่าไม่ใช่เค้กวีแกนเลย
- ชิ้นที่ 2 คือเค้กบานอฟฟี่ ตัวนี้รู้สึกว่าจะเป็นเค้กแบบไม่วีแกน ตัวนี้ยังไม่ได้ชิมเลยค่ะ (ลืมไว้ในรถ ตอนที่กลับมาในร้านรีบเอาของลงจากรถแลกกลับมาทำอาหารให้ลูกค้าจึงลืมไว้ในรถค่ะ) ตอนนี้ถูกแช่ไว้ในตู้แช่ไว้เค้กเซ็ตตัวแล้วจะนำมาทานดูอีกครั้งค่ะ
- ชิ้นที่ 3 เป็นคุกกี้ธัญพืช เป็นธัญพืชรวมกับคอนเฟลกคลุกเคล้าด้วยน้ำผึ้งเป็นแบบอบแห้ง รสชาติหอมหวานและกรอบมากเลยค่ะ
- ชิ้นที่ 4 คือเค้กช็อกโกแลตบอลแบบบิ๊กไซต์ รสชาติเหมือนเค้กกล้วยหอมผสมช็อกโกแลตเข้มๆ แถมมีธัญพืชรวมด้วยค่ะ
- ชิ้นที่ 5 คือเค้กเสาวรส รสชาติจะเปรี้ยวอมหวาน ผิวสัมผัสนิ่มมากๆละมุนลิ้นเลยค่ะ
หลังจากซื้อเค้กเสร็จแล้วแทนก็ได้เดินตรงไปยังร้านผลไม้ที่ฝั่งตรงข้ามไปซื้อกล้วยและอะโวคาโดไว้สำหรับลูกค้า และไว้ทานเวลาหิวค่ะ เมื่อกลับมาถึงบ้านได้ไม่นานคุณอาก็กลับบ้านมาพอดีพร้อมกับซื้อพิซซ่าถาดใหญ่มาให้ด้วยค่ะ พิซซ่าจะเป็นพิซซ่าดับเบิ้ลชีส ใช้ชีส 4 ชนิดมาคู่กับซาลามี่ เป็นพิซซ่าที่คุณอาตั้งใจเลือกมาให้มันอร่อยมากเลยค่ะ
