This is the Palace Hotel in Kharkov. Freedom Square. I took a photo yesterday.
It was hit by a Russian missile, you can see the destruction after the missile strike in the second photo (the photo was taken earlier). Unfortunately, there is a war and the city is empty, but the hotel is gradually being restored.
