Exploring Praia Alagoa, amazing beach on Madeira

Hey guys!

I just prepared another post from Madeira for you and this time, we will go to the beach. There are not many beaches on Madeira because the coast is mostly made up by huge cliffs but there are still some little beaches to be found if you know where to look for them.
One of the beaches that we visited was Praia Alagoa and I will take you there today through my photos. The beach is very little and remote, located in the town of Porto da Cruz on the northern coast of the island. There are usually big waves in the ocean so it´s more suitable for surfer than for swimmers. There were some surfers in the ocean too when we visited the beach and it was fun to watch them. The beach has beautiful black volcanic sand that is very photogenic. And also very warm when it´s sunny haha 🙂

Gorgeous photos - I can imagine that it was not a place for swimming really. I love seeing the black sand. I have only ever seen that in the south of Jamaica. So unique.
