Beautiful scenery and it sounds like it was a lovely day.
Great to hear the children weren’t inside glued to tv’s or other devices and were playing outside. It is a rare sight nowadays… sadly. So I can imagine it was refreshing to see, it still exists.

Luckily you found some food and could get out quickly from the no parking zone.
