Continuamos con la experiencia de la Caracas Blockchain Week, en esta oportunidad me gustó capturar parte de las personas que hacen que esto funcione y tenga la menor cantidad de errores posible, su trabajo pensando a tiempo completo para resolver problemas; siendo amiga de @dimeilaz había tenido oportunidad de comentar algunas cosas de estos temas pero jamás lo había visto en acción ver a @enrique89 y a @starkertz apoyar a los participantes del hackaton con sus dudas de las tareas asignadas me hizo observar otra dimensión de nuestro ecosistema que ahora valoro más pues sé que trabajan muy duro para que cada día sea un lugar mejor.
We continue with the experience of the Caracas Blockchain Week, this time I liked to capture part of the people who make this work and have the least amount of errors possible, their work thinking full time to solve problems; being a friend of @dimeilaz I had had the opportunity to comment some things about these issues but I had never seen it in action to see @enrique89 and @starkertz support the hackathon participants with their doubts about the assigned tasks made me observe another dimension of our ecosystem that now I value more because I know they work very hard to make it a better place every day.
Estos días, decidí hacer silencio, ser muy observadora, capturar momentos claves y ser de apoyo logístico a los chicos el mayor tiempo que pude. Todo esto combinado con la asistencia de los workshop que se realizaban en la Torre Financiera.
These days, I decided to be quiet, be very observant, capture key moments and be of logistical support to the guys as long as I could. All this combined with attending the workshops that took place at the Torre Financiera.
No solo estaba muy sorprendida al ver a los chicos antes mencionados trabajando sino que también me tenían haciendo porras con el otro equipo que nos representaba en hackaton aquí estaba mi amigo 🥑 @ch1nux, @chidorizt, @medicenbeto, a ellos los conozco, no conocia a @sinsotechive pero no me tomo mucho tiempo para darme cuenta que es una persona muy inteligente, resolutiva y su sinergia con el equipo le dio otro punto para ese equilibrio.
Not only was I very surprised to see the guys mentioned above working but they also had me cheering for the other team representing us in hackaton here was my friend 🥑 @ch1nux, @chidorizt, @medicebeto, I know them, I didn't know @sinsotechive but it didn't take me long to realize that he is a very intelligent person, resolute and his synergy with the team gave him another point for that balance.
Como ven, no me tomé ninguna foto me convertí en paparazzi de los chicos y fan de su trabajo, los capture en sus momentos de organización del proyecto, de discusiones; recordé también lo importante de observar, escuchar, percibir a las personas, ya que puedes aprender mucho de ello.
As you can see, I didn't take any pictures, I became a paparazzi of the guys and a fan of their work, I captured them in their moments of project organization, discussions; I also remembered how important it is to observe, listen, perceive people, because you can learn a lot from it.
