Ummm ¡Que rico! ¿Qué es esto? Pregunto yo y ella responde: un dulce que hice para vender que se llama “Juan Sabroso”.
Juan Sabroso es un dulce típico de Venezuela que tiene sus orígenes en la Época de la presidencia de Guzmán Blanco, un nombre muy pintoresco el de este postre hecho a base de batata y coco.
Dice la historia que fue inventado por Juan el cocinero del Presidente, un postre rápido y sencillo que al ser probado por Guzmán Blanco y ser tan sabroso le pregunto cómo se llamaba y este sin tener nombre, le llamo Juan Sabroso en honor al creador.
Luego de disfrutar extasiada este dulce, me tomo la foto que necesitaba para mi trabajo y se nos ocurrió hacer también unas para su emprendimiento también; nos divertimos mucho y fue algo que surgió sin planificarlo, eso me encanto y por eso aquí les comparto algunas de esas fotos.
Mi amiga no quiso salir en las fotos pero el crédito de las tomas es de ella.
