Korean food has been unique since ancient times. Other than that, there are various meats and vegetables, such as fresh vegetables and pickles. The most common and well-known is kimchi that no matter what type of food you eat, kimchi must be eaten along with it. And the food in this meal is the same at Darak restaurant.
Darak is a Korean restaurant located at Korean Town in Sukhumvit Bangkok. This place is considered a zone of many Korean restaurants. We choose this restaurant because we want to eat grilled grill and most importantly, it's a buffet. There was a wide selection of items for 319. We chose the meat for the chicken. And various side dishes called a bundt which is the uniqueness of Korean food The buns that were served were small cups that we ordered, each one came in a small cup. It allows us to eat a good variety of foods. In addition to ready-to-eat food, there are also vegetables for us to choose from.
Ordered chicken and put it on the hot stove. The staff also came to cut the chicken into small pieces so that it was cooked quickly and thoroughly. While waiting for the chicken to be cooked, they enjoyed other meals. The tea taste is delicious. The cooked chicken is then dipped in dipping sauce, followed by fresh vegetables in Korean style.
Another highlight of Korean food is the table setting. In the dining table setting, different foods are placed at the same time, allowing to eat a variety of foods at the same time. Koreans like to eat fresh vegetables. And the main thing that you see, each meal must have rice, soup and kimchi.

อาหารเกาหลี มีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์มาตั้งเเต่โบราณ ที่นอกเหลือจะมีเนื้อสัตนว์ต่างๆเเล้วก็ยังมีพืชผักหลากหลายทั้งผักสดเเละผักดอง ที่พบเห็นได้บ่อยๆเเละเป็นที่รู้จักคือ กิมจิ ที่ไม่ว่าจะกินอาหารประเภทไหนก็ต้องมีกิมจิกินควบคู่ไปด้วย เเละอาหารในมื้อนี้ก็เช่นกันที่ร้าน ดารัก
ร้าน ดารัก เป็นร้านอาหารเกาหลีที่ตั้งอยู่ที่ Korean Town อยู่ในย่านสุขุมวิท ซึ่งสถานที่เเห่งนี้นับว่าเป็นโซนร้านอาหารเกาหลีมากมายหลายอย่าง พวกเราเลือกร้านนี้เพราะอยากกินปิ้งย่างเเละที่สำคัญเป็นบุฟเฟ่ มีของให้เราเลือกมากมายในราคา 319 พวกเราเลือกเนื้อสัตว์เป็นเนื้อไก่ เเละเครื่องเคียงต่างๆ เรียกว่าบันชัน ซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของอาหารเกาหลี บันชันที่นำมาเสริฟเป็นถ้วยเล็กๆที่พวกเราสั่งเเต่ละอย่างก็มาเป็นถ้วยเล็กๆ ทำให้เราได้กินอาหารเเบบหลากหลายดี นอกจากอาหารที่ปรุงสำเร็จเเล้วก็ยังมีผักต่างๆให้เราเลือก
สั่งเนื้อไก่มาก็เอามาวางที่เตาร้อนๆ พนักงานก็นารักเดินมาตัดให้เนื้อไก่เป็นชิ้นเล็กๆเพื่อจะได้สุกเร็วเเล้วทั่วถึง ในระหว่างที่นั่งรอให้เนื้อไก่สุกก็ทานอาหารอื่นๆไปกันอย่างเพลิดเพลิน รสชาตถือว่าอร่อย เนื้อไก่สุกได้ที่ก็นำมาจิ้มกับน้ำจิ้มเเล้วตามด้วยผักสดสไตส์เกาหลี
จุดเด่นของอาหารเกาหลีอีกอย่างก็คือการจัดโต๊ะอาหาร ในการจัดโต๊ะอาหารก็มีการนำเอาอาหารต่างๆมาวางคราวเดียวกันทำให้ได้กินอาหารหลากหลายไปพร้อมๆกัน คนเกาหลีจะนิยมทานผักสด เเละที่เห็นหลักๆเเต่ละมื้ออาหารต้องมี ข้าว ซุป เเละกิมจิ
