บรรยากาศในช่วงเช้าๆของวันหยุดพักผ่อน ผู้คนก็มักจะมองหากิจกรรมในยามเช้า หรือมองหาอาหารเช้าเป็นมื้อที่เบาๆเเต่อร่อย เเละไม่เเปลกใจเลยที่ผู้คนจะเลือกทำสิ่งนี้ เพราะในการเริ่มต้นของเเต่ละวันถ้าหากมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีในตอนเช้า ก็เป็นการเพิ่มพลังดีๆให้ในเเต่ละวันได้อย่างสวยงาม
เเละในเช้าวันนี้เป็นช่วงของวันหยุดในการพักผ่อน ในตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่เราก็มองหาสถานที่ในช่วงเวลาเช้าๆของวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ ก็เลยเลือกที่จะไปโซนวันนิมมาน ในช่วงเช้าก็จะมีร้านค้าเล็กๆมาเปิดขาย ส่วนมากจะเป็นร้านขายอาหารต่างๆ ไปจนถึงเครื่องดื่มหลากหลาย เเละเราก็ไม่สะดุดร้านขนมร้านหนึ่งชื่อร้าน KLIN เมื่อเดินผ่านร้านก็ได้กลิ่นหอมของเเป้งทำขนม ตามองไปเห็นขนม วอฟเฟิลตาข่าย ดูน่าทานบวกกับกลิ่นหอมของเเป้ง เลยไปซื้อมาหนึ่งชุด เราไปยืนดูคนขายทำ โดยจะทำใหม่ให้ลูกค้าทุกชิ้นโดยการเอาเเป้งไปอบจากนั้นเอาขึ้นมาวางบนตะเเกรงให้อยู่ทรงตามรูป พอแป้งเริ่มเย็นก็จะอยู่ทรง รสชาติที่ได้จะกรอบๆเราชอบมากๆ
เเละนอกเหนือจากวอฟเฟิลเเล้วก็ยังมีข้าวเหนียวปิ้งใส่ไส้ต่างๆ เราซื้อไส้กล้วย ข้าวเหนียวเป็นสีฟ้าจากสีธรรมชาติดอกอัญชัญ รสชาติอร่อย เมื่อได้ขนมเเล้วก็ไปหาที่นั่งทาน ฟังดนตรี กินมื้อเช้า เราชอบเวลานั้นมากๆ ไม่เพียงเเค่นั้นร้าน KLIN ยังมีขนอีกมากมายให้เลือกซื้อรับรองว่าไม่ผิดหวังเเน่นอน
