nunca he ido en mi vida a un gimnasio, no creo que pueda ahora, creo que tienes mas cuadros que yo, ejejejeje, sigue con la constancia.

Less(but efficient) is more... I don't have any playlist I would recommend. I usually listen to whatever the gym is playing while working out. Be careful with injuries, though. I have some shoulder pain which bothers me for a few months already and that sucks a lot... Wouldn't bet much on cardio either. Weights and machines are all you need. 3-4 times a week for a woman is more than enough imo.
