Damn, someone guessed already. I was about to guess 3-4 in the morning because there are no lights on in the flats and cars are covered in snow (which suggest some time had passed already)

That would be a smart conlusion but not correct enough :) I actually took the picture at 0:29 so midnight was the right answer.
