Saludos amigos de #Hive y #liketu, en este día tengo la hormona de la felicidad activa, porque salí de paseo con mi familia, ya que mi padre necesitaba realizar unos compras. Toda persona debe buscar lo que le hace feliz y que te lleve activar esta hormona para que le brinde bienestar a su organismo, no siempre se necesita hacer compras, o comer fuera de casa para sentirse feliz, yo me siente feliz muchas veces con sentir la suave brisa en mí, rostro y ver las estrellas en el cielo, eso me da paz y me siento con ánimo de planear hacer cosas.
Pasar momentos agradables con mi familia me hace feliz, y por eso me gusta guardar recuerdos de estos momentos con fotos o videos. Espero que ustedes reconozcan aquello que le hacen ser feliz, por más simple que sea, porque vivimos en un mundo difícil, con una economía difícil, no podemos llenarnos de estrés y preocupaciones, mucha gente se preocupa por un futuro que no sabemos si tendremos, vive el momento y sé feliz.
