parkrun setup and course check

An early start for parkrun course check and directional marker set up. It means I ended up doing the course twice! A bit hard on my old legs but it is nice to get double stats, a volunteer credit and a run. Sixty runners and walkers showed up this morning and I did my usually time for this hilly trail course of 27:30
