Hoy es un día bastante complicado, es como un agridulce. Mi prima se casó, eso nos tiene muy felices, pero lamentablemente la felicidad duró poco.
Al cabo de un día, nos avisaron que una tía querida había perdido su batalla contra el cáncer. Algunos sabíamos que eso pasaría en cuestión de tiempo, pero siempre es bueno tener algo de esperanza.
Por eso digo que es bastante agridulce: no sabes muy bien cómo estar, es confuso. Me hubiera gustado ver a mi tía ganarle al cáncer, pero obviamente ganó en otras cosas, como el amor que le tuvo su familia hasta el último aliento de su vida.
Sea lo que sea, mi madre dice siempre que los planes de Dios son perfectos. La unión hace la fuerza, tal vez no fue suficiente para recuperarla, pero puede que sea suficiente para ser de ayuda a su familia y demostrarles más que nada el amor que se les tiene.
Les recomiendo que abracen con todas sus fuerzas. Jamás sabremos qué pasará, es preferible amar en vida. Digan que aman a todos.

Today is a rather complicated day, it's bittersweet. My cousin got married, which made us very happy, but unfortunately the happiness was short-lived.
After a day, we were told that a beloved aunt had lost her battle with cancer. Some of us knew that this would happen sooner or later, but it's always good to have some hope.
That's why I say it's quite bittersweet: you don't really know how to feel, it's confusing. I would have liked to see my aunt beat cancer, but obviously she won in other ways, such as the love her family had for her until her last breath.
Whatever the case, my mother always says that God's plans are perfect. Unity is strength. Maybe it wasn't enough to bring her back, but it may be enough to help her family and show them, more than anything else, how much they are loved.
I recommend that you embrace each other with all your strength. We will never know what will happen, so it is better to love while we are alive. Tell everyone you love them.
