El día de hoy empezó emocionante, ya que dos amigos venían a visitarme. No desperdicié el tiempo y corrí a alistarme para poder recibirlos.
Esta inesperada visita me alegró el corazón, pues tenía tiempo sin verlos. Y justo hoy quería lucir algo que se viera colorido; mi sudadera roja era la indicada para hacerme notar más viva y colorida. La acompañé con unos shorts azules y mis inseparables Converse azules también.
La visita pasó como un relámpago; fue tanta la charla de todo lo que había pasado, que las horas se fueron volando y llegó el momento de la partida. Lamenté lo rápido que el tiempo pasó, ni siquiera nos tomamos alguna fotografía por la cómoda conversación que tuvimos.
Fue algo amarga la despedida porque quería seguir charlando, pero recordé que nada es más emocionante que saber que los volveré a ver pronto.
Lo lindo de la espera es que siempre habrá alguien que te quiere detrás. Las amistades siempre han sido una bendición de Dios, y más cuando hacen lo posible para ir a verte.
Quiero darles las gracias por esta oportunidad de pertenecer a una comunidad tan linda, extensa y diversa como lo es Hive. ¡Un abrazo a todos!

Today started off excitingly, as two friends were coming to visit me. I didn't waste any time and rushed to get ready to welcome them.
This unexpected visit warmed my heart, as I hadn't seen them in a while. And today I wanted to wear something colorful; my red sweatshirt was just the thing to make me look more lively and colorful. I paired it with blue shorts and my inseparable blue Converse sneakers.
The visit flew by; we talked so much about everything that had happened that the hours flew by and it was time to leave. I regretted how quickly the time had passed; we didn't even take any pictures because we were so comfortable talking.
The goodbye was a little bitter because I wanted to keep chatting, but I remembered that nothing is more exciting than knowing that I will see them again soon.
The nice thing about waiting is that there will always be someone who loves you behind you. Friendships have always been a blessing from God, especially when they do everything they can to come see you.
I want to thank you for this opportunity to belong to a community as beautiful, extensive, and diverse as Hive. Hugs to everyone!
